It’s widely thought of as a healthy food product, but that isn’t always so. If you’re looking for a healthy, store-bought granola, be sure to read the labels! They will tell you how many calories a given granola product contains, how much fat is in it, and what chemicals or preservatives it contains. It only stands to reason that chocolate chips in a granola bar, or ones containing high fructose corn syrup, may come with unwanted calories and ingredients.
