Nevertheless, I'm enjoying store bought ones today for National Strawberry Day. My breakfast of Greek yogurt featured strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. The antioxidant properties in all of the berries is reason enough to eat them regularly. Strawberries make nice additions to yogurts, spinach salads, fruit salads, protein shakes, all-fruit jams, and desserts. And as my feathery friends demonstrate, sometimes they're nice au naturale.
